WHO WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE TRAINING?

The training is inspired by traditional Chinese techniques that Jitka mastered during her stay in China and her studies in contemporary and Chinese technique fusion at Peridance Capezio Center in New York. Thanks to these experiences, the focus will primarily be on flow/flux – the body’s ability to respond fluidly to external stimuli and create new movement connections. Through movement principles of floorwork and improvisation, we will explore the body’s intuitive intelligence. We will examine movement patterns, create new ones, and release ingrained habits. This process will allow us to better understand our daily experiences and transform them into creative inspiration.
