The Latvian collective - Agate Bankava, Aigars Larionovs, Sabīne Neilande, Agnese Krivade, Inta Balode and Līga Ūbele – will explore the topic of themes in arts through a discusion and workshop.

Artists will share their reflections on how they work with identifying themes and embodying them. The audience is invited to ask questions, to offer their own themes and together as a group play with some fantasies about how to turn those topics into arts.

The programme will also include a screening of a documentary film on the creation of dance work "And suddenly - swans!" from the cycle "Contemporary Dance Archive". The performance was created in collaboration with the Social Service of Burtnieki municipality and was dedicated to the 100-year anniversary of the Latvian state. It also won an award as a "Contemporary Dance Event" in 2021.
