Erekle Jgenti

I am Erekle Jgenti. I was born in the city of Bolnisi on August 5, 1998. I have one older brother named Lasha (29 years old) and one younger sister Elene (18 years old). My father Koba is a choreographer of Georgian folk dances and an employee of Bolnisi City Hall in the field of culture. My mother, Maya, was a housewife, she died in 2022. I am Georgian by nationality. My profession is an actor-dancer. I have a wife named Natalia. When I grew up, I wanted to be a ballet dancer. My favorite hobbies are swimming, snowboarding and cycling. My father taught me dance since I was 5 years old.

 After secondary education, I enrolled in Ilia State University, where I studied for 2 years (2016-2018). I danced in the "Sukhishvili National Ballet Troupe" for 4 years (2016-2020). In 2020-2023 years I was dancer in "Giorgi Aleksidze Tbilisi Contemporary Ballet". Today I am a choreographer in dance academy "Sukhishvili" and an active dancer in the modern platform "Circe". I would say three words to describe my profession: "Dance is happiness". I would like to have many different experiences in my career.
