ALBA FERNÁNDEZ COTELO

Creator, dancer and teacher of contemporary and urban dance. Trained in different disciplines of dance and theatre. She continues to constantly train with national and international artists. Her creations are multidisciplinary, hybridizing contemporary and urban dance with a great theatrical charge, and incorporating elements of humor and live music in her productions. The most recent is Blues de Medianoite – Extended Version, by Laboratorio Escénico. Founding partner of Laboratorio Escénico S Coop Galega, she currently carries out her teaching and artistic work there. Director, together with Estefanía Gómez, of the dance company Exire. Performer in the company Nova Galega de Danza. Awarded at different dance festivals, such as Sólodos en Danza and Festival DZM.
