Megi Gelashvili

My name is Megi Gelashvili, and I’m an 18-year-old ballet dancer with a passion for the art form that started when I was just five years old. I spent 12 years studying at the Vakhtang Chabukiani Tbilisi Ballet Art School, I have spent 10 years dedicated to classical ballet and have also explored modern ballet for the past three years.

I’ve had the incredible opportunity to compete in Italy at the World Modern Ballet Competition, where I achieved third place in my first competition and was honored to be nominated in the top five in my second.

In addition to dancing, I enjoy running early in the morning and riding horses, which keeps me active and connected to nature. Currently, I’m studying at university while continuing to pursue my love for dance, and I hope to keep dancing for as long as I can.
