Nacho Cárcaba

Contemporary dancer, urban dancer (Break Dance and House), with experience in theatre, martial arts, visual arts and multidisciplinary training. Fifteen years of work in the Ópera de Oviedo, Festival Castell de Peralada, Ópera de Valladolid and Ópera del Gran Teatre del Liceu. He worked with the companies Vero Cendoya, La Taimada and Shreyasheenag dance company.

Independent creator and choreographer of different dance pieces with his company Nacho Cárcaba Dance Company and different collaborations:
- SECOND PLACE BURGOS NEWYORK CHOREOGRAPHIC COMPETITION 2015.

- SELECTED IN ENCUENTRO NACIONAL DE DANZA DE MÉXICO 2023. 

- SELECTED AS WORKSHOPPER IN THE OTRO FESTIVAL ECUADOR 2024. 

Workshops at national level (Ourense, A Coruña, Lugo, Asturias, Santander,  Barcelona, Cáceres, Menorca, Madrid, Pontevedra) and international level in  Mexico, Costa Rica, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Greece, Egypt, Morocco,  Ecuador, India, with the program ‘what the body lets me’.
